Our Most popular Decor Package includes the following:

Cost: $5,000; 5 monthly payments of $1,000 each pay in full at this meeting $4,700.

  • Back drop behind head table. Your choice of a Double Swag in two colors, or triple swag in two colors, or a medallion swag in two colors (Up to 30' long & 12' high) behind the head table.
  • Head Table (Up to 12 ppl) with lights, silk florals & your single color choice of swagging.
  • Receiving or gift table (Up to 16') with your single color choice of swagging
  • Cake Table with lights, silk florals in your single color choice of swagging.

Fabric colors Chocolate Brown, Caramel, Champagne, Lavender, Purple, Silver, Gold, Black, Fuchsia, Pink, Magenta, Red, Burgundy, Mint, Apple Green, Sage Blue, Light Blue, Royal blue, Forest Green, Aqua, Turquoise, Ocean Blue. You can also simply have an all white/off white backdrop as well.

How to Prepare for a Decor Meeting and What to Bring

  • We ask that you not bring children and limit yourself to only one additional guest. This person should be someone you trust. Too many opinions make it difficult get a clear view as what you want as the bride. I always say, "it is your wedding not theirs. Be true to your style and flair"!
  • Measurements - To make sure the size at the site is adequate for the decor you select, accurate measurements are extremely important. Aisle length, pew count, altar width and depth, are just a few of what you will need for your consultation. The measurements and your decor options make up the price point for decor features.
  • Please check with the site to make sure the decor will be permitted. Some churches have restrictions on what can be placed at the altar and what items can be used on the pews. Show a photo of the decor you are considering to ensure there are no "day of" surprises. We do not want any disappointments on the day of, because clarification of the rules at the location was mis-interrupted.
  • Photos of decor, flowers or designs that inspire you. It can be from the internet, books, magazines, or personal photos to help build the wedding theme. Everyone's description of the same photo varies, it's best for us to see what inspires you to ensure that we know your style & flair so it's apparent in the decor scheme.
  • Photos of gowns and/or fabric swatches will be extremely helpful. Such as if your gown is covered in crystals, we don't want to be using strands of pearls. Nor do we want the fabric behind the head table to be whiter then your gown ultimately making your gorgeous gown look dirty in photos.
  • Please consider all of your floral needs before your consultation. This includes all flowers required for the wedding party, ceremony, and reception site. Decor floral should compliment your wedding party's floral and not compete with it. This makes a cohesive picture through out the night. Yes we do floral design as well. We can do yours as well as your decor choices and day of coordinating. We can add items on if made aware at least a month in advance, however its near impossible to accommodate add-ons after that date. It takes time and additional funds if we can get items in with in a month.
  • Having a budget in mind is extremely important, although we realize that most people do not have an idea what it can cost it will be important to discuss what you want to spend BEFORE your consultation. Be open minded, even if your budget is not big enough to handle your initial concept. We're very creative & can come up with something similar that can fit into your budget or the location(s) decor specifications or limitation. Copies of the locations contract or do's & don'ts are helpful as they do occasionally change.
  • Within a couple days of our meeting we will email to you with an estimate to review with your groom and family members which will include photos of each element and pricing. Of course anything can be tweaked or added to at this point until your completely satisfied.
  • Please be aware that we are consistently over-whelmed with inquiries and reservations. As a result you need to reserve early with a deposit of ½ to insure that your wedding date is secure. We only book one event or wedding per week and as a result our calendar fills quickly. For this reason we ask that you make your decision in a timely manner to avoid disappointment.
