We will handle the planning, coordination and all the details while you make all the final decisions. We will develop, assemble, set up, tear down and clean up at the end of the night. We've spent over 19 years developing and maintaining our tried and true vendors that we recommend to our clients and give our clients price breaks saving you even more money. You'll get to meet and select in advance from our tried and true vendors for catering, location(s), videography, photographers, DJ's, and bands, special entertainment, and sound needs or any other vendors required to make your event a smashing success!

Full Planning and Coordinating Package

Pre-Planning

- Expert consultation and guidance with etiquette and other considerations. 1-2 hours
Planning
- Unlimited consultations in person, on the phone, text message and via email with a planner and coordinator with experience since 1991.
- Attend the required meetings with you, at the location and with your vendors to ensure that all deadlines are met and turned in on time.
- Final vendor confirmations/follow-up approximately three weeks prior to your event.
- Vendor Selection from only the best and brilliant professionals for your style, personality and budget.
- Schedule vendor appointments around your availability.
- Facilitate all vendor appointments as an impartial party on your behalf.
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts.
- Attire selection (if desired).
- Guest Accommodations if needed.
- Create guest amenities to include welcome bags, favors, programs, in addition to other requests.
- Guest and persons of honor Transportation.
- Menu and Beverage Selection and Tastings as needed.
- Ongoing vendor maintenance.
- Schedule any Salon and Spa Services, if needed.
- Plan closely with your vendors to ensure all aspects of your simply sensational memorable event will flow seamlessly.
- Itemize and include all subcontracted vendors on one invoice from A MEMORY LANE EVENTS. Maintain deposits and payments to all vendors from your payments.
- Handle any issues that arise in the planning process

- Create detailed and informative itinerary for wedding day, and surrounding activities.
- Time-line distribution to all vendors and location(s) a month prior to the wedding. And again if any changes are made.
- Confirm all Vendors and details.
Designer Décor & Floral Design
- Unlimited design time devoted to you.
- Create your custom designed wedding floral design completely infused with creative concepts of your vision of color scheme and/or theme. Entirely approved by you,
- Create unique décor design created from your desires and vision with creative concepts of color scheme and/or theme. Entirely approved by you.
- Custom design your invitations and assist you with selection. Entirely approved by you.
- Develop event enhancements including atmospheric lighting, custom furnishings and decor. Entirely approved by you.
- Access to A Memory Lane Event's custom décor and floral design team
- Set up, tear down décor and floral staff
Event Day
- Oversee and Manage event day installation of décor and floral.
- Unlimited on-site Event Day Management, including at least one assistant.
- Coordinate, Manage, and Trouble-shoot on your Event Day to create the Simply Sensational and Memorable Event of your Dreams.
- Put out any place cards, set up the guest book, and set out favors
- Set up of the little details that you purchased in advance.
- Coordinate all of the vendors, our staff and the location staff to ensure that your vision is flawlessly executed

Destination Planning & Coordination Package
Includes everything in the Full Planning package and more! Destination planning customized for the event to your specifications and you have us all to yourselves for 3 days to a week during the events leading up to, during and after the wedding to handle yours and your guests needs.
