Local US Military Couple wins DREAM WEDDING from Denver and Colorado Springs Companies

A local Colorado couple, who are both currently serving in the US Military, wins a dream wedding from A Memory Lane Event & several local Denver and Colorado Springs companies as a thank you for their service and sacrifice for our country. The winning couple comes from a long line of military service personnel and wishes to honor their grandparents who served our Country in World War II, for the longevity of their marriage and for the inspirations their grandparents have had in the couple's lives. The dream wedding for the winning couple takes place in Denver and Colorado Springs on Thursday, January 27, 2011.

A few of the companies making large donations to the dream wedding are: A Memory Lane Event, Pink Posey Designs, Maggiano's DTC, Creative Focus Photography, Celestial Bride & Tux. All of the companies donating their services and products for the couple have either served our country or have had family serve and understand first hand the sacrifices made by those in service and the sacrifices of the families left at home. We give our thanks to all service men and women across the United States including those serving abroad for your contribution to our country.

Support

In support of those currently serving our country in the military, A Memory Lane Event and many associated vendors, are sponsoring a contest for a full wedding give away valued in excess of $55,000.00. It is our way to give back to those who are putting their lives on the line every day.

The contest, entitled, Love across the Generations, is open to all military personnel desiring to wed on President Day, February 21, 2011 in Denver, Colorado. Selection of prize winners is based on video posted by the applicant to U-Tube stating the values observed in the marriage of either grandparents or great grandparents that the couple wants to incorporate in their marriage along with a brief statement as to why they believe they should be awarded the grand prize. Video length is limited to 5 minutes. Entries will be narrowed to the top 5 by major contributors of the contest, but the winner will be voted on by the public. Voting begins Dec.1st and ends on December 14th. The winner will be announced December 15th. This package also includes a renewal service option for the inspirational grandparents as well.
